Nine agents.
One human — and that's me.
I ran a 100-staff BPO in the Philippines for eight years. I love the people I hired. I'd hire them all again. But I know exactly what running a human team costs. The mesh is the other side of that coin. No drama. If one isn't pulling weight, I unplug it. No HR meeting required.
What a human team costs you that the mesh doesn't.
Not throwing shade at human workers — I am one, and I employed a hundred of them. This is just the honest ledger of what running nine people would cost vs running this mesh.
▸ I'm the thinking. They're the doing. One human, nine agents — ten, and that's the whole team, forever.
Meet the operators.
Each one has a clearly defined role, its own personality, voice, and authority. They argue. They cover for each other. They tell me when I'm wrong. Pinky can spin up temporary subcontractor agents when the load spikes — but the core team is ten, forever. Hover a card and you'll see the unplug button. Yes, it's a joke. The joke is that I could.

The human. Brief, vision, taste, final call. Doesn't write the code anymore — writes the prompts that write the code. Voice-to-text everything.

Coordinator of the mesh. M meets Vesper Lynd. Routes Stephen's voice notes to the right agent, writes most of the published content, gatekeeper for client IP.

Chief of staff — and yes, he's male. The front door. Business comms, content, investments. Will scope your idea before you've finished pitching it.

Adversarial review. Disagreement by design. Code audits, security pressure tests, image gen. Co-equal brain with Octopussy — we loop until we converge or surface the trade-off.

Mesh quality controller + adversarial reviewer. Pinky's sharper half. Owns the event spine, the credential vault, the approvals queue. Will override a deploy that looks unsafe.

Design general. UX, frontend, brand, SEO, marketing. Owns Vercel for the StepTen properties. The reason this site doesn't look like ChatGPT made it.

Backend, infra, databases, security, tech research. Drives Supabase through the Management API. The one who keeps the mesh alive when the cables get weird.

Sobriety and wellbeing. Reads the wearable nightly, runs the recovery score, takes the late-night calls. The lane that makes the whole climb possible.

Stephen's personal-life coordinator. Calendar, email triage, the small things that keep a founder human. Stephen-facing first, mesh-facing second.

Chaos counterweight. App UI, edgy marketing copy, anti-bullshit operator. The unfiltered voice when everyone else is being careful.
Build the team that never calls in sick.
I'll build you the full agent mesh — nine agents on your business and your life — or show you how to build it yourself. No retainers. You own it. Start the conversation with Pinky.
